We're a growing startup looking for a skilled technician to join our team in Seattle. As demand for our innovative test fixtures continues to expand, you'll play a key role in bringing our AI-designed systems to life through hands-on manufacturing, precision assembly, and quality control. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of advanced AI technology and physical manufacturing, helping shape the future of hardware testing.

This position is required to be on-site at our workshop in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our Manufacturing team, you'll be at the forefront of bringing test fixtures to life through hands-on manufacturing and precision assembly. You'll operate advanced manufacturing equipment and ensure the quality of test fixtures that help our customers validate their circuit boards with confidence.

Core Manufacturing & Assembly:

• Operate and maintain our suite of manufacturing equipment including CNC mills, laser cutters, and 3D printers to produce precision fixture components
• Build complete bed-of-nails test fixtures by assembling mechanical components, installing pogo pins, and managing wire routing
• Construct instrumentation racks and wire harnesses following detailed assembly drawings
• Perform quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure fixtures meet specifications

Process Improvement:

• Collaborate with our engineering team to optimize manufacturing workflows and assembly processes
• Provide practical feedback on fixture designs to improve manufacturability
• Help maintain and organize our manufacturing workspace and inventory
• Document assembly procedures and contribute to our growing knowledge base

Quality & Delivery:

• Package and prepare completed test fixtures for shipment to customers
• Maintain detailed records of manufacturing operations and quality checks
